The customer support Helpdesk number 1-800-468-5342 effective September the 1st 2002 will continue to supply Basic Technical Support.

Basic Technical Support is:

  • Troubleshooting Tips
  • Firmware Upgrade assistance
  • Part Number assistance
  • Frequently Asked Questions (also available online)
  • Clarification on information within Technical manuals
Basic Support Helpdesk Hours: 8.00am-8.00pm EST.

Technical support questions outside of these boundaries will require a transfer to the Priority Support Line. The fee for this will be US$150.00 payable by Visa or MasterCard.

An annual contract can be made available for customers who wish to utilize the benefits year round.
