Our North American headquarters housed in
North Andover, Massachusetts, boasts a
100,000 sq. foot manufacturing and repair
facility to support automation repair
requirements worldwide. We also have repair
centers located in Carros, France and
Seligenstadt, Germany outfitted to meet
global standards and support the European
and Asian markets.
All repair
centers are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and
staffed with highly skilled Schneider repair
technicians accredited with the IPC-A-610
workmanship standard. |
Repair
and
Return |
Your product
will be returned from our service depot in
optimal condition, with the exact
replacement parts specified. Only Schneider
Automation approved components are used for
repairs. Firmware revisions are the most
up-to-date available and your components are
tested against the most current engineering
specifications, reconditioning products to
"like-new" condition. Detailed
failure analysis is also available upon
request. We deliver the highest quality
repair at the lowest possible price. |
| Exchange |
Schneider
repair centers carry a global inventory of
refurbished units, enabling us to deliver
replacement products next day upon request.
If you need to exchange a product, simply
call our repair and exchange center and we
will send you a completely refurbished unit
with the latest design upgrade. When you
receive the component, you can then send
your original product back, minimizing
downtime. |

Schneider
has a long and reputable history of
supporting its products. We continue to
support the 200 series I/O that was
developed 30 years ago. Even our newest
controllers can connect to the 200 series,
500 series, 800 series in addition to our
newest state-of-the-art I/O families. This
migration path has allowed customers to
upgrade their processing capabilities and
take advantage of the latest technology, yet
maintain the most expensive part of their
system, the installed I/O. Our Upgrade
program allows customers to update old PLCs
to the most contemporary models at a
discounted price. We also purchase your used
or surplus PLCs. |
