What is MySupport? 
MySupport is a part of Telemecanique Services Web Services.  MySupport allows you to update your personal contact information, submit a new industrial automation support case online, track your previously submitted cases, and view cases that have been reported by others at your workplace. 

Once logged into the site, the MySupport link always appears on the home page in the top left area of your screen.  With MySupport, the ability to adjust your personal profile and track your support cases is always one click away giving you maximum control of your automation journey.

How can I begin to use MySupport?
In order to use MySupport for case submission you must be a member of Telemecanique Services Web Services. Using your support contract number, the Telemecanique Services engine will automatically create Web pages filled with the support information that you need.  Call 1-888-266-8705 with your Telemecanique Services contract number and start using Telemecanique Services Web Services today.
