User names on the Eclipse website are automatically generated based on your first and last name.  Thus, if your name is Jana Stevens, most likely your username is Jana Stevens.  Try your first and last name in the username field.  > Go back and try it now

There are some exceptions: 

• Common names - if you have a common name like John Smith there is probably another John Smith already registered. Thus, your assigned username would be John Smith1 or John Smith2, etc. Try increments if you have a common name.

• Nick names - Did you register as Dave Jenkins or David Jenkins?  If you have a nick name, try it as your username.

If the above suggestions still don't work, you can always give us a call at 1-888-266-8705, option 3 or email customer.services@us.schneider-electric.com  to reset your Eclipse password.  You will receive an email with a new password and it will also contain your username.
